CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you wish to delay or cancel your online styling session with Anna, a 30% fee of the total package price may be charged, depending on whether Anna has already started work on your shop-up. It is recommended you advise Anna at your earliest convenience.

PAYMENT

Please note that payment in full is required at the time of your booking.  We do not accept cash, we accept payment via bank transfer only.

Should Anna require more time to find additional pieces you request in your online shop-up an additional $79/hour will be charged on top of the initial package price. Pricing is exclusive of GST.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are non-refundable for change of mind and not redeemable for cash. Styling sessions are subject to availability at the time of booking. 

frequently asked questions

do i have to buy clothes online?

You can choose if you'd prefer to buy everything online that Anna recommends, or you can also go in store, equipped with the list of items Anna wants you to try, and try the items on before you buy. Anna will be available via text if you need to send her any pictures to assess fit. With Anna's clients who are based regionally, online is usually the preferred method however Anna will also use local one-off boutiques that she knows of in the area.

What if the clothes don’t fit that you tell me to buy online?

All items Anna recommends will have good returns policies. Ie. Store credit or full refunds. Like shopping in person, some things will work, and others won't. It's important not to settle through the process. Only keep what you’re 100% happy with and confident in wearing. Anna's end goal for every client's wardrobe is that they open up their wardrobe and love everything they're looking at. Pieces that are mediocre due to either fit, colour, style will not help achieve this end result. Like the saying goes, a great wardrobe isn't built overnight! (Well sometimes it is, but most of the time there's a little trial and error, with a few laughs along the way). Anna will send you an alternative if needed for items that didn’t work.

how long does the process take?

Once Anna receives your completed Questionnaire and any homework she's set you, it generally takes her about 1-2 weeks to have your shop-up delivered to your inbox. It's encouraged that you make purchases as soon as possible after this, to guarantee items are available in your size. Anna can not guarantee sizing availability. 

is there an option to work with anna on an ongoing basis?

Yes, Anna works with a select number of her clients who are on retainers. Meaning they have access to Anna's professional advice and feedback on purchases, as well as recommendations for what to add to their wardrobe, all year round. This service is only available for her client's who have worked with her previously. If you haven't, a seasonal shop-up is the first step, then the retainer follows. Price varies depending on your clothing needs throughout the year.

What if i have a lot in my current wardrobe that i still want to work with or show you?

This is ideal! Anna loves working with existing pieces and creating new outfits with what you add to your wardrobe. You can show Anna all of these pieces via photos of the items laid out on your bed, or by you wearing the pieces.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT TO BE STYLED?

Anna's clients have ranged from as young as 16 (teen styling) to a ripe and beautiful age of 84. So no, there's no age limit. 

WHERE DO YOU SHOP for your clients? 

This depends on each client’s individual style. When styling in-person, Anna’s preferred shopping destination is Pacific Fair, on the Gold Coast.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK?

Generally, about two-three weeks in advance.

Dates can be held with a 30% deposit to ensure you don't miss out on the days you'd like. 

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT TO SPEND DURING A PERSONAL SHOPPING SESSION?

Anna doesn't have a set budget requirement for a personal shopping session - it depends on the individual client's needs. You're not obliged to spend anything with her on the day, you can treat the entire experience as an education if you wish! 

DO YOU STYLE PLUS SIZE? 

Anna's male and female clients range from sizes 4 to 24. Anna's approach to sizing is that it's so inconsistent. The digit on the tag is null and void in her eyes and she assesses each garment on how it fits and makes her clients feel.
