Deposits are non-refundable. If for any reason you need to cancel your session we will hold your payment if more than 72 hours notice is provided, for you to schedule your session at a later date. Failure to communicate your cancellation by phone call at least 72 hours prior to your session, will incur a 30% fee of the total price of your service.
All regional tour bookings are non-refundable but can be transferred to a friend.
If for any reason you are unable to make your appointment but would like to rebook, we will hold your payment. You must communicate by phone call your rebooking at least 72 hours prior to your appointment or a 30% fee of the total price of your service will be charged.
Please note that a 30% deposit is required at the time of your booking and payment must be made in full before services are conducted. We do not accept cash nor do we accept payment on the day of your service. Your service must be paid at least 72 hours prior to your first session. We accept payment via bank transfer.
Gift cards are non-refundable for change of mind and not redeemable for cash. Styling sessions are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Should the session finish and you would like to keep shopping or seeking advice from Anna in your wardrobe, you will be notified and pending each other’s schedule, the session can continue however there will be an additional fee of $89/hour plus GST.
