CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits are non-refundable. Due to the distance Anna travels throughout Northern NSW and Queensland, 5 working days notice is required should you need to cancel or reschedule your styling session with Anna. If 5 or more working days notice has been given, we will hold your payment, for you to reschedule your session at a later date. Failure to communicate your cancellation by phone call 5 working days prior to your session, will incur a 30% fee of the total price of your service.

All regional tour bookings are non-refundable but can be transferred to a friend.

RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENT

If for any reason you are unable to make your appointment and need to reschedule, you will need to communicate by phone call your rebooking at least 5 working days prior to your appointment or a 30% fee of the total price of your service will be charged. If 5 working days or more has been given, we will hold your payment and transfer to your next booking.

PAYMENT

Please note that a 30% deposit is required at the time of your booking and payment must be made in full before services are conducted.  We do not accept cash nor do we accept payment on the day of your service.  Your service must be paid in full prior to your first session.  We accept payment via bank transfer.

 

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are non-refundable for change of mind and not redeemable for cash. Styling sessions are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Should the session finish and you would like to keep shopping or seeking advice from Anna in your wardrobe, you will be notified and pending each other’s schedule, the session can continue however there will be an additional fee of $89/hour plus GST.

  • This promotion can not be redeemed with an existing A|M Gift Card.

  • Bookings essential and limited spaces apply.

  • Only applicable to Brisbane, Gold Coast and Northern Rivers region clients only.

  • Wardrobe cleanses start at $447 + GST (not including the 20% discount). Additional fees may apply for travel outside these areas.

  • Promotion expires Saturday, 29th of February 2020.

  • All bookings are subject to Anna’s availability at the time of booking.

  • Special offer is only available on full wardrobe cleanse packages. Excludes express wardrobe review sessions.
