Support for those affected by drought
Anna has teamed up with Drought Angels to support the women of rural Queensland who have been adversely affected by drought.
Anna collects pre-loved clothes that are no longer wanted in the wardrobes of her clients, and then works them into new and exciting outfits for women in rural Queensland affected by drought.
The clothing Anna collects is sent to the Pre-Loved Clothing Boutique in Ilfracombe's Post Office.
The boutique sells pre-loved clothing to locals and passing tourists for a small price. Locals are also able to sell clothing in the boutique and earn commission – another form of income for families struggling to make ends meet.
The clothes Anna has collected are sold in the boutique, with money raised to go to Drought Angels.
Drought Angels are unable to accept clothing donations, however cash donations to Drought Angels can be made here.
